Colonial Woods is a sixty-seven unit condominium community located in East Louisville off of Dorsey Lane. The community was developed in the mid 1980’s consisting of “11” buildings with 3″ different sized units: Lofts, “2” and “3” bedroom units. As you enter the complex, there is large common area with the first building 1/8th of a mile from the road.
